- Enterprise Cloud Computing Infrastructure
- Edge Computing Services
- Big Data Processing Platforms
- AI/ML Computing Resources
- Technical Consultation and Support
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Comply with our approval process (1-2 business days for new accounts)
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use our resources for cryptocurrency mining without authorization
- Engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to maintain 99.99% service availability. Detailed SLA terms include:
- Uptime guarantees and service credits
- Planned maintenance windows
- Emergency maintenance procedures
- Support response times based on severity levels

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services include:
- Invoices are issued monthly based on resource usage
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Service suspension may occur for overdue accounts
- All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified
7. Data Ownership and Backup
You retain all rights to your data stored on our platform. We recommend:
- Maintaining regular backups of critical data
- Using our snapshot and backup services
- Understanding that we are not liable for data loss
- Reviewing our data retention policies
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, platform, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroWave Computing Limited shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Third-party actions or force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
